Dr. Patel is an excellent ophthalmologist. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. Her calm and caring approach really puts you at ease, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. The office staff is also friendly and efficient, which makes the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone seeking thorough and compassionate eye care.

I would give them six stars if I could. My experience at ORA vision was exceptional. The front desk staff is friendly and very efficient. The tech that did my initial exams was kind and patent with me. Dr. Patel is incredibly attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She recommended a few additional items I should follow up on with my pcp after my exam and I’m glad I did. I highly recommend this medical group.

From the minute I walked in the door I was treated with kindness, professionalism and respect . My exam was thorough and each step of the exam was explained and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. Dr Patel is at the top of her game and so is her staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I am actually disappointed I have to wait 6 months before I see them again !

Friendly staff and advanced care options however the doctor is inexperienced and not helpful in addressing patient concerns. Rushed and detached personality. She told me I was "too young to have eye floaters" and that I should try daily contacts instead of the monthly I wear. Miss I've had eye floaters all my life; I have astigmatism and I've never had any problems with my monthly contact lenses. I have the worst vision out of almost everyone I've ever met and she didn't catch on to that. I don't think I'm the one who is too young.
